Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center Technician to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products while maintaining strict compliance with FDA SOPs and safety standards.

You will monitor donor well‑being, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced clinical setting. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and safe donor centers, adhering to regulatory requirements, and contributing to high donor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and ensure donor safety.
• Operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Collect plasma products and perform sample handling in compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
