The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards to ensure product quality and facility compliance.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual Spanish preferred (location-specific).
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand regulations and SOPs and perform calculations.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor conditions.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Perform plasma collection, sample handling, and shipments in compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain donor center cleanliness, records, and equipment quality controls.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure donor safety.
