You will operate plasmapheresis equipment, monitor conditions, and ensure adherence to SOPs. Strong customer service and English proficiency are required, with Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 3 months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Ability to speak, read, write English.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (location specific).
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, follow, and interpret regulations, instructions, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor confidentiality.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment; troubleshoot alarms.
• Perform plasma collection and processing, including sterile products and sample handling.
• Monitor temperatures and document variances in required SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper disposal of biohazardous waste.
• Perform quality control on donor center equipment as required.
• Maintain complete donor center recordkeeping per SOPs.
• Provide oversight of product safety and quality through collection ratios and donor safety.
