Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in clerical or customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor confidentiality.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments including vitals and testing.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated plasmapheresis equipment.
• Perform plasma collection and processing, handling samples and preparing shipments.
