Qualifications

• Compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Donor confidentiality and strong customer service.
• Ability to perform donor health assessments and vitals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP standards.
• Maintain donor satisfaction and confidentiality.
• Perform donor eligibility assessments and vitals.
• Set up and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment.
• Process plasma and manage samples per SOPs.
• Monitor temperatures and equipment; document variances.
• Keep donor center clean and safe; manage waste.
• Maintain quality control and records.
• Oversee product safety and donor safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform QC checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
