Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in California is seeking a CA Donor Center Technician I to support plasma collection operations and ensure donor safety and compliance.

You will set up plasmapheresis equipment, monitor donor conditions, perform finger sticks, maintain records, and uphold quality standards while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English required.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation complies with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high level of customer service and positive donor experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies for production demands.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform QCs on equipment.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate record keeping.
