You will manage inventory, address donor concerns, and lead initiatives around non-conforming events while ensuring compliance with Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing procedures.

• Collaborate with donors to resolve concerns and feedback.
• Assess non-conforming events and implement corrective actions.
• Perform Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks as needed.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication across the center.
