Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Belton, MO, part of Takeda, seeks a Center Operations lead to oversee production staff, manage schedules, and drive inventory control. You will interact with donors, resolve concerns, and ensure smooth Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing workflows.

The role emphasizes teamwork, conflict resolution, and process improvement in a high-volume plasma donation center, reporting to the Center Manager and supporting a patient-focused mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bloodborne pathogen exposure precautions and PPE are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling for production areas.
• Lead inventory control and drive operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns and optimize donor experience.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts within the center.
