Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Burleson, TX seeks a Center Operations Supervisor to oversee production-area staff and day-to-day center operations. You report to the Center Manager and guide performance, scheduling, donor interactions, and process areas such as Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing.

Responsibilities include leading inventory control, resolving donor concerns, and addressing non-conforming events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Able to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
