Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Center Operations supervisor to oversee staff and scheduling, lead inventory control, and support donors in a fast-paced plasma collection center.

You will perform Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks, coordinate with the Center Manager, and help resolve donor concerns while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hard Science with 2 years lab experience.
• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with 4 years lab experience.
• 48 Semester hours of Hard Science or MLS coursework with 2 years lab experience.
• CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities from non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
