Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a production supervisor at our Burleson, TX location to oversee donor processing operations. You will report to the Center Manager and supervise staff in production areas including Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will collaborate with donors and staff to resolve concerns, lead inventory control, and analyze non-conforming events, while fostering teamwork and clear

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, lifting 32 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception; monitor equipment from a distance.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens requiring prolonged glove wear.

Responsibilities
