Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Center Supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations and staff. The role reports to the Center Manager and focuses on efficient donor flow, staff performance, and adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety. Staff development, training records, and possible recruitment support are involved to maintain high center performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing others.
• Experience following SOPs and maintaining compliance with safety policies.
• Ability to recruit, train, and evaluate center staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff.
• Coordinate with Group Leaders to minimize donor wait times and processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance, overtime, and time cards.
• Investigate errors and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in performance appraisals, coaching, and training records.
