Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Center Manager-level candidate to oversee production staff at our Cordova, TN plasma donation center. You will report to the Center Manager and manage employees in production areas, supporting production and cost goals while maintaining regulatory and quality compliance.

You will participate in staff selection, train team members, and promote teamwork. This role requires weekend work, travel occasionally, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends and extended work periods; occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Mobility for an entire work shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in selection of new team members and management; train staff.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback; initiate disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company rules related to quality, safety, and daily activities.
• Prepare routine reports and assist management with operational needs.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
