Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, in Abilene, TX, seeks a center supervisor to manage production-area staff and donor interactions, reporting to the Center Manager. You will oversee performance, scheduling, and key operational aspects of plasma collection activities.

You will lead inventory control, address donor concerns, analyze non-conforming events, and perform tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hard Science and 2 years of Lab Experience
• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or similar with 4 years of Lab Experience
• 48 Semester hours of Hard Science or Medical Laboratory Science course work with 2 years of Lab Experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts

Education

Bachelor's degree in Hard Science

Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology

48 Semester hours of Hard Science or Medical Laboratory Science
