Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, in Temple, TX, is seeking a Center Supervisor. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the production area staff, ensuring safe operations and donor-focused service.

You will manage scheduling, inventory control, and daily tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing. The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/AED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; commitment to teamwork and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to walk/stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a plasma donation environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and scheduling of production staff.
• Lead inventory control and operational efforts.
• Resolve donor concerns and ensure donor satisfaction.
• Analyze non-conforming events opportunities.
• Perform Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication.
