Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda company, seeks an RN to determine donor eligibility, manage donor safety, and review tests at our plasma center. The role requires Indiana licensure, CPR/AED certification, and at least two years in a clinical setting.

You will work under the Center Manager and Center Physician, handle adverse events, and support vaccination programs while adhering to SOPs and EHS guidelines. Sign-on bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Indiana.
• CPR and AED certification.
• FDA training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist completed.
• Minimum two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, and physical exam.
• Manage donor adverse events and review laboratory test results.
• Notify donors of unsuitable test results per SOPs.
• Refer medical issues to Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents per EHS guidance and assist in pandemic investigations.
