Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is hiring a Plasma Center Registered Nurse (RN) to support donor screening, eligibility assessment, and safety monitoring at our Pittsburgh plasma center.

You will work under the Center Manager and Center Physician, following SOPs to ensure donor safety, accurate testing review, and proper donor notification. A current RN/LPN/LVN or EMT license and CPR/AED are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with nursing program graduate requirements.
• State licensure as RN/LPN/LVN or EMT licensure.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including consent, medical history, and required tests.
• Manage donor adverse events and refer to physician when needed.
• Support vaccination programs and occupational health processes as applicable.
