Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking a part-time Donor Screener/Phlebotomy support to assist plasma center operations. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and help manage donor charts and compensation, contributing to a safety-focused, patient-facing team.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ years in customer-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Support donors by working a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
