Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener who will perform phlebotomy and support daily center operations. You will greet donors, screen them, and record vital signs while handling donor compensation and documentation.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support center operations and participate in process improvements as per procedures.
