Grifols in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee donor flow, supervise staff, and maintain high production standards in plasma collection.

You will ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP, support training, submit accurate reports, and keep the center organized for reliable donor care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with Phlebotomy, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer certifications plus several years of related experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED. Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with performing phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties with demonstrated proficiency to handle difficult situations.

Mansioni

• Maintain the ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Learn and maintain familiarity with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records to maintain high production standards.
• Attend required training sessions and staff meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation of necessary records.
• Assist in training new employees and retraining current staff.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term donations.
• Submit timely and accurate reports as required by management.
• Assist in controlling center donor funds as determined by management.
• Maintain a clean facility and proper operation of equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions to area leads or managers.
