Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Ocala plasma center. You will oversee donor flow, supervise production staff, and ensure compliant operations to support high-quality plasma collection.

Under the Center Manager's guidance, you will train staff, maintain records, manage equipment, and report performance metrics. You will foster donor relations and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified in phlebotomy, donor processing, plasma processing, and designated trainer.
• Typically 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy and donor/plasma processing.

Responsabilités

• Supervise donor flow and center operations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports.
• Train and retrain staff as needed.
• Maintain neat, clean facilities and working equipment.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Report unsafe situations to management.
