Job summary

Grifols in Savannah, GA seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead plasma collection and manufacturing activities. You will supervise donor flow, ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP procedures, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role requires phlebotomy/plasma processing certifications and at least 4 years of related experience, with responsibilities including staff training and report generation for center management.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED and relevant certifications.
• Experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing is preferred.
• Ability to supervise donor flow and maintain compliance with SOPs and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records to meet production standards.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; ensure thorough documentation.
• Assist in training new employees and in handling reports for Center management.
• Maintain clean, safe facility conditions and keep equipment in good working order.
