Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Savannah, GA to oversee plasma center operations, supervise donor flow and ensure adherence to FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP standards. The role includes staff training, documentation, and collaboration across service areas to maintain quality.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED with phlebotomy and plasma processing experience plus designated trainer certifications; 4 years of related work is typically expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer certifications.
• Typically requires 4 years of related phlebotomy and plasma processing experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center; fulfill the role of production employees and supervise donor flow.
• Learn and maintain thorough familiarity and compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and all manufacturing records to maintain production standards.
• Attend required training, staff meetings and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure the facility is neat and equipment is in good working order; assist with reports and donor funds control.
• Train new employees and retrain current staff; communicate with other service areas for quality.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term donation.
• Report unsafe situations; may be trained to repair plasma center equipment.
