Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc in Roy, Utah, seeks an Operations Supervisor for our plasma center. You will supervise donor flow, perform required center tasks, and ensure documentation and records meet FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with certifications as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer, plus approximately four years of related experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer certifications preferred.
• Typically 4 years of related phlebotomy/donor/plasma processing experience with proficiency in handling difficult situations.
• Exposure to biological fluids and plasma center environment; adherence to PPE and safety protocols.

• Maintain ability to perform production tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP; follow SOPs and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection, and maintenance of manufacturing records.
