Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Center Manager-like role in Tucson, AZ. You will oversee production-area staff, report to the Center Manager, and help ensure efficient operation of donor centers.

You will supervise performance and scheduling, lead Inventory Control, assist donors, and support Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks while fostering teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
