Job summary

Takeda, via BioLife Plasma Services, is seeking a part-time role in Tucson, AZ to oversee staff, manage inventory, and support donor care in a plasma donation center. The position reports to the Center Manager and involves supervising performance, resolving donor concerns, and coordinating medical history and phlebotomy tasks.

The role emphasizes teamwork, conflict resolution, and adherence to safety and process standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift; lifting up to 32 lb, occasionally 50 lb.
• glove use due to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
