Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations, supervise donor flow, and ensure adherence to all regulatory and company SOPs. The role includes ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining high production standards.

You will work under the Center Manager to train staff, repair equipment if needed, and coordinate with other service areas to support safe, efficient plasma collection and processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; multiple certifications related to donor/phlebotomy.
• Typically 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy and donor/plasma processing.
• Ability to supervise donor flow and maintain high production standards while following regulations.
• Attend required training and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP SOPs and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; maintain accurate records.
