Job summary

BioLife Plasma in Columbus, GA is seeking a Center Manager-level professional to oversee the general management of production-area staff in a regulated plasma donation center. You will report to the Center Manager and help achieve production and cost goals while ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or equivalent
• CPR/AED certification required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Participate in selection and training of new team members and management within the center
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback including initiating disciplinary action
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and quality and safety standards
• Participate in correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine reports for management
• Work in various production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service
