Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Henderson, NV is seeking a Center Supervisor to oversee production areas and the staff, reporting to the Center Manager. You will drive training, safety, and quality across the team while ensuring compliance with procedures and donor care standards.

You will coordinate new employee orientation, participate in hiring, and address operational concerns with management. A strong safety mindset and effective leadership are essential for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Must be able to walk/stand throughout shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and monitoring equipment from a distance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs to ensure cross-training and annual re-certification training.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
• Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with quality standards and procedures.
• Consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
