Job summary

Grifols in SUMTER, USA seeks an experienced Center Manager to lead staffing, operations and quality goals within the plasma center. You will manage employees, ensure compliance with cGMP and FDA guidelines, and drive efficiency and budget controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years in clinical or business settings, with supervisory experience preferred. We offer medical, PTO, 401k match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equiv., preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in clinical or general business experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting quarterly goals, staffing/hours per labor efficiency standards/cost per liter targets and Quality KPI goals.
• Create appropriate organizational environment and value systems to stimulate morale and productivity.
• Operates the center and manages employees and operations to high ethical standards.
• Manages staff to meet training and quality goals and implement operational changes.
• Monitor and evaluate operations; develop action plans to maximize center efficiency.
• Direct headcount to provide efficient staffing and projections for spikes.
• Oversee hiring, assignment and direction of work, training, disciplinary actions, and records.
• Provide strategic direction and planning.
