Job summary

CSL Center in Florida, United States, seeks a Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive production goals, monitor yields, and implement improvement plans.

You will oversee donor flow, retention strategies, and ensure compliance with SOPs and applicable regulations. The role includes budgeting, financial reporting, audits, QA interactions, HR activities, safety programs, and occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (4 years minimum) required
• Minimum 2 years of management experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others

Responsibilities

• Overall authority for center operations production goals, monitor net yields, and implement improvement plans.
• Monitor donor retention, ensure efficient donor flow, implement donor retention improvement and corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage all aspects of financial oversight to include setting annual budget, ensuring center meets monthly financial targets and ongoing cash management goals, and observing cash management, and financial reporting.
• Oversee overall center quality compliance by ensuring the business is inspection ready; meet with QA to address regulatory and customer requirements for purity, efficacy, safety.
• Participate during audits with quality personnel to develop corrective action plans for deficiencies.
• Follow all HSE and OSHA procedures; ensure OSHA regulations and training compliance.
• Conduct recruitment, training, counseling, and termination; manage employee turnover; follow HR policies.
• Overnight travel required up to 10% of the time
• Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business.
