Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Peoria, IL plasma center. You will supervise donor flow, ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP procedures, and maintain complete documentation.

You’ll work under the Center Manager and assist in training staff, while ensuring center operations stay efficient and compliant. Role requires phlebotomy experience and relevant certifications, with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP SOPs and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records.
• Attend required training and meetings; document records thoroughly.
• Assist Center Manager in maintaining clean facilities and equipment; submit reports.
• Support training of new employees and liaise with other service areas to ensure quality.
