Qualifications

• Typically requires 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing with demonstrated proficiency.
• Ability to supervise donor flow, ensure compliance and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP; uphold SOP documentation and reporting.
• Train and mentor staff; prepare reports for Center Manager and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
