Job summary

Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc in Milwaukee seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma collection operations, ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP, and supervise donor flow.

You will train staff, maintain documentation, manage center equipment, and produce timely reports under the Center Manager. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and certifications in phlebotomy, donor and plasma processing, plus at least four years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Learn and maintain familiarity with all state and federal regulations, FDA-approved SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and records to uphold production standards per regulations.
• Attend all required training sessions and staff meetings.
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of necessary records.
• Assist in training new and current employees and in maintaining clean, organized facilities.
• Submit timely and accurate reports as required by the Center Manager.
• Assist in control of center donor funds as determined by management.
• Maintain communication with other service areas to ensure quality and documentation.
