Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for long shifts.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lb intermittently) expected.
• Fine motor coordination; ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens requires prolonged glove wear.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control and coordinate operations.

• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
