Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Center Manager-level candidate to oversee production-area staff at the Belton center. You will participate in hiring, train staff, and drive performance feedback while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will support production goals, manage cost targets, and contribute to audit resolution and routine reporting, while maintaining strong donor service and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in a regulated industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work weekends and travel occasionally.
• Ability to monitor equipment and ensure safety of staff and donors.

Responsibilities

• Participate in selecting and training new team members and management.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback, including disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and safety standards.
• Assist in correcting audit findings and prepare routine management reports.
• Work in various production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
