Job summary

BioLife Plasma is seeking a Center Supervisor in the USA - VA - Richmond to oversee staff in production areas, manage scheduling, and drive inventory control. You will interact with donors, resolve donor concerns, and analyze non-conforming events.

The role also covers Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks, promoting teamwork and conflict resolution. The position reports to the Center Manager and requires a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, and ability to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending and reaching, walking and standing for entire shift, lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional 50 pounds.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; prolonged glove wear is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control and drive operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
