Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a supervisor to lead day-to-day plasma center operations, ensuring efficient collections and staff performance. You will report to the Center Manager and coordinate with group leaders to minimize donor wait times.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred Bachelor's degree. Compliance with SOPs, safety policies, and documentation standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others.
• Ability to supervise daily activities in a fast-paced plasma center.
• Strong communication and team-coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day center operations and staff following SOPs.
• Provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Monitor attendance, overtime and staffing needs to meet donor flow.
• Investigate errors and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist with performance appraisals, coaching actions, and training records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of center staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE and OSHA standards.
• Record donor data accurately in the information management system.
• Cross-train in technical areas to meet business needs.
