Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Stonecrest plasma center in Georgia. The role oversees donor flow, production staff, and adherence to FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards, while ensuring proper records and reporting.

Under Center Manager guidance, you will supervise training, maintain facility standards, and support objectives with a focus on donor care and process integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer
• Typically 4 years of related phlebotomy and plasma processing experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise donor flow and production employees in the plasma center
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and internal SOPs
• Attend training sessions and ensure accurate documentation
• Assist Center Manager and Center staff to meet company objectives
