Job summary

Grifols, a leading international healthcare company, seeks an Operations Supervisor for its plasma center in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The role oversees donor flow, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains records to meet high production standards.

Training programs and team leadership are core components of the position. The supervisor will work under the Center Manager, ensuring a clean, well-maintained facility and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center; supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; document records thoroughly.
• Support Center Manager/Assistant Manager to maintain facility and equipment.
• Train new employees and retrain current staff.
• Communicate with other service areas to ensure quality and documentation.
• Build rapport with donors to support long-term donation.
