Grifols is seeking a Plasma Center Senior Operations Supervisor in Laredo, TX. This senior frontline role oversees donor floor operations, supervises staff, and drives compliance with regulatory and quality standards while supporting the Center Manager in performance growth and donor satisfaction.

The role requires 6 years of phlebotomy/donor processing experience, strong SOP knowledge, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced plasma center environment. Safety and quality are paramount.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED and relevant certifications.
• Six years of related experience in phlebotomy and donor processing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, FDA/CLIA/OSHA regulations and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager.
• Oversees donor operations and supervises staff during shifts; coordinates staffing and coaching.
• Creates employee schedules to accommodate donor cycles.
• Manages inventory levels and submits orders to vendors.
• Keeps Center Manager informed of irregularities and implements action plans.
• Supports daily operational plans to meet donor throughput and quality targets.
• Collaborates with Center Manager and Quality team to address deviations in real time.
• Monitors donor flow and resolves delays to ensure a positive donor experience.
