Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Texas plasma center in Houston. The role involves supervising donor flow, ensuring adherence to FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards, and maintaining accurate records.

You will support center operations under the Center Manager and assist with staff training and equipment upkeep. This position requires a high school diploma or GED with relevant certifications and typically 4 years of related phlebotomy and plasma processing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and required certifications.
• 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy and plasma processing.
• Ability to follow FDA/OSHA/CLIA and cGMP procedures.

Responsabilités

• Supervise donor flow and perform tasks of production staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
• Assist in training new staff and ongoing staff development.
• Coordinate with Center Manager to keep equipment and Center clean.
