Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or GED and relevant phlebotomy/donor/plasma processing certifications.
• Experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing with demonstrated problem-solving.
• Ability to train and lead staff and ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA and cGMP procedures.

Aufgaben

• Supervise donor flow and production staff; perform related tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP procedures and company SOPs.
• Maintain accurate donor and production records; prepare reports for the Center Manager.
• Lead training of new staff and ongoing retraining of current employees.
• Maintain facility conditions and keep equipment in good working order; assist with equipment repair as needed.
• Foster donor relations to ensure high satisfaction and repeat donations.
