Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Savannah plasma center. The role supervises donor flow, maintains records, and ensures compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP while coordinating with the Center Manager.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and relevant certifications, typically 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy and plasma processing. Training and leadership responsibilities are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certification as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform all plasma center tasks and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and related records.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings; ensure documentation is thorough.
• Keep facility neat and equipment in good working order.
• Submit timely reports to the Center Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Assist in training new staff and retraining existing staff.
• Foster donor rapport to support long-term donation and customer satisfaction.
• Report unsafe situations to the area lead, supervisor, or manager.
