Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certifications: Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as acting Center Manager in their absence.
• Oversees donor operations and staff during shifts.
• Creates staff schedules and assigns tasks.
• Manages inventory and orders supplies.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP; maintains records.
