Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; professional phlebotomy and donor processing certifications are specified.
• Typically 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing with demonstrated proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs and maintain documentation.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records per regulations.
• Attend training and meetings; prepare timely reports for management.
• Assist in training new employees and in donor center operations under supervision.
