Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Waco, TX, is seeking a Center Manager-like role to oversee production-area staff and all related processes. This position reports to the Center Manager and emphasizes managing employee performance, scheduling, and cross-functional duties across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing.

You will engage with donors to address concerns, analyze non-conforming events, and foster teamwork while ensuring compliance and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts and drive operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
