Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc. in Albany, GA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations, supervise donor flow, and ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP standards.

You will train staff, maintain documentation, collaborate with the Center Manager, and ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining donor satisfaction and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor certifications required.
• Designated Trainer certification preferred or required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain ability to perform tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and records to maintain high production standards.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation of records and timely reports.
• Assist in training new employees and ongoing retraining.
• Collaborate with Center Manager to keep the facility clean and equipment functional.
