Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee plasma collection facility management. You will monitor metrics, lead hiring and training, ensure donor satisfaction, and maintain regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality plasma products.

This role requires mobility, weekend work, and occasional travel, with a base focus on safety, cost control, and production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a medical or other regulated field.
• Willing to work weekends and occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Must be mobile for entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within the facility and use data to monitor metrics.
• Oversee hiring, training and develop employee talent.
• Provide leadership to ensure donor retention and high service levels.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations related to quality, safety, and donor care.
• Manage facility audit processes and resolve issues from audits.
• Forecast production and cost goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
