Qualifications

• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Nursing licensure or certification as RN/NP/PA in the state.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, obtain informed consent, and conduct medical history interviews.
• Manage donor reactions and follow SOPs for emergencies and transport.
• Refer to Physician or Medical Affairs for unsuitable findings or guidance.
• Support vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Assist with occupational health issues and environmental health and safety guidance.
• Explain regulatory requirements and ensure quality and donor safety.
